According to an authoritative source, sunny Optical will join Largan, Yujingguang, and Kantatsu in supplying LG Innotek lenses for assembly. Simultaneously, Sunny Optical will be responsible for the supply of lenses for the main camera with seven plastic lenses.

Apple often selects multiple vendors for at least two reasons. First, if one company has a problem, others can always make up for it. Second, the presence of multiple suppliers allows Apple to achieve more attractive prices for components.
