Novel DNA Nanorobot: Scientists improved the nanorobot with the help of the single DNA strand. It can choose the individual molecules, and it can eliminate the molecules off in certain designated locations. It may lead the way to prepare the novel therapeutic chemicals and to the drug delivery systems.
Researchers made the Novel DNA Nanorobot that can pick up and arrange the molecules
Lulu Qian is the assistant professor in the California Institute regarding the technology in the US region. He said that this nanorobot is like the electromechanical robots. They can travel to the faraway places like Mars. We can send the molecular robots to the small regions which the humans can not visit like a bloodstream.
Qian said that their goal is to design and to construct the molecular robot which can perform the complicated nanomechanical task.
How the Scientists made the Novel DNA nanorobot
It can build the blocks, and by using them, they can assemble the DNA robot. Finally, the robot contains the leg with two feet which is used for walking, an arm and hand to pick up the cargo. There is the segment which can identify the specific drop-off point. They even embedded the signal response system to the hand and this will facilitate the robot to release the cargo. Scientists made the components of the robot with few nucleotides, and they placed them within the single strand of DNA.
They variously assembled the building blocks so that they can finish the different tasks. In fact, the DNA robot has several hands, and arms and the robot will use them to carry the various molecules simultaneously. Scientists made the robot in a way that they can transverse the molecular surface, and it can lift the two molecules like a fluorescent yellow dye and pink dye. Then, it can distribute them to the two different regions on the surface.
Researchers with the help of the fluorescent molecules can recognize whether the molecules are ended up within their intended areas. Within 24 hours of the period, the robots can sort the six scattered molecules in the correct places. Out of six, three are pink, and other three are yellow.

If they add more robots the time for arranging the molecules on the surface will become less. Anupama Thubagere, the former Caltech student, said that the same system design would make other dozens of cargos to work on the surface.
Thubagere also stated that we could also make many robots make several tasks to be done in parallel. The DNA robot can move around the nanometre pegboard which is 58×58. Manufacturers made the pegs with the DNA single strands which are complementary to the leg and foot of the robots. Using the leg and feet, the robot will tie to the peg and other foot of it will float freely. The random molecular fluctuations will make the free foot to encounter the nearby peg. These fluctuations will drag the robot near to the new peg.
What will Novel DNA nanorobot do?
Scientists will continue this process using the robot, and they will make it move in the random direction during each step. For the completion of the whole board, the robots may consume the full day. During this process, the robots will tie the cargo molecules with the pegs. They will take them using their hand components until they find the drop-off point signal. Even though the process is slow, it permits the robots which have the simple design. They consume less chemical energy.

Researchers may apply these principles to the present application with the help of the DNA robot for manufacturing the therapeutic chemical. They can prepare these chemicals in the artificial molecular factory from their parts. Researchers said that finally, they could produce the drug after receiving the particular signal and they will supply it for the bloodstreams or cells or to arrange the molecular components. They will sort the elements which are present in the trash, and they will send them for recycling.
